We are return customers with Champion. Shane W****** our Factory Rep, was at our home right on time for our appointment. Brody came to our home to measure the existing windows we did not replace previously. Was very pleased with both gentlemen. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks for our install, so we will see what happens there but so far we are happy with their service. Additional review will be submitted after our install of windows.
My sales person Chad is AWESOME. He answered all my questions, return all my telephone call in a timely manner. I do appreciate him for my sunroom project. Excellent sales representative for Champion. Chad understand customer service, and very knowledgeable of his product. And if he doesn't, he takes the time to get information and follow up. I am very satisfied. Thank you Chad. Tried to send five stars . My computer is not responding. Really need a TEN STARS ***** *
