The presentation was great, Courtney did an excellent job explaining the process, materials, pricing etc. we are excited and can’t wait until our sunroom is installed.

While I ultimately went with another company, my experience was limited to the consultation. The presentation was great. I wasnt a huge fan of the design compared to competitors which led me to choose someone else. So overall, 5 stars for the presentation. I cant rate the product since personal preference led me to choose a competitor.
I setup appointment with Champion Windows for an estimate on replacing two to three windows in my Mother's home. The sales representative, Dianna L**** was prompt on arrival time. Also went through my concerns about replacing the leaky windows. Dianne is very knowledgeable about the Champion Windows product. I need time to consider other bids but would highly recommend Dianna in providing me the information to make an informed decision. The presentation was good. But they didn't offer the color bronze for inside.
Sales rep Chris was professional. Bid for 7 windows was within the price range we expected to pay.
The sales representative was very professional and not pushy. What she should us and her presentation was wonderful. A little pricey, so I hope it was worth it when the do the job.

Last fall (2021) I had 8 new large sliding windows installed into our house that was being renovated. (Everything was original since 1957.) An agent came, did a measurement, and gave us a very good price for the eight windows (they had a 2 for 1 offer). I made a down payment. Another man came by a few days later to do the exact measurements and told me when the windows should arrive.
