Salesman was promt and courteous. He answered all of the questions we had. At the beginning of the meeting we explained to him that we were only shopping for prices and would make up our minds after we had went through everyone. He said it was fine and there was no hi pressure sales. We did end up choosing this company. A little more expensive then we were hoping. Now we hope everything else goes just as well.

Our rep was great! We heard about champion from our friends. They love their patio doors! The rep exceeded our expectations. We look forward to the installation. We will recommended him to our family and friends!

We are just at the beginning stages of getting replacement windows from Champion, so I am saving a higher rating until the windows have been installed. (I will come back and update my review!) Our initial meeting with our sales person, Joe, was great. Joe is not only a very nice person, he has years of experience and knowledge and helped us understand what windows will best meet our needs and stepped us through the process. We've used Champion in the past for our other windows and they've been great. Easy to schedule a repair from a hole in our sliding door screen. No issues with our windows. Though we had a good idea we were going to use them again, we did have a good quote from ******* ** ********and were price shopping. Johnny made that easy. Gave us a great price up front with no pressure or hassle. Very professional and friendly. I can't recommend enough!

Lance my salesperson was professional and insightful in solving the windows needed to finish replacing my home’s windows. I had Champion replace my front windows last November and was very satisfied with the quality. The installation last year was very impressive with the finishing touches. I am looking forward to this November to complete the windows.

This will be the second job for Champion. We wanted to replace some windows. I called Mark my sales rep from the first job. He was very professional and did not pressure us to buy.

Nick the salesmen was prompt and very friendly. We were limited on time so he made sure to get everything in quickly. So hopefully windows are great after they are installed !
