I am mostly pleased with the product, but I am not pleased with the screens as much as the actual windows. The timing of the project took nearly twice as long as they told me it would. I was told it would take seven weeks, and it ended up taking four months. I think overall it will be a good product, but there needs to be more communication between the salesman and the workers.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the windows, and I'm satisfied with the installation. But I think the trim should have been the same size as the rest of the trim on my house.

I am very pleased with the windows that Champion installed for us. Even in direct sunlight there is no heat on the inside of the glass. I am impressed with the look, and the functionality is perfect.

I think Champion did an excellent job.Their price was good and they did everything they said they would do. I have had no issues so far. I shopped around and nobody compared.

We are very happy with the windows we purchased. They cover two very large openings, 69" x 93" and 69" x 117". We chose to put in each opening a slider and a half round on top. They are BEAUTIFUL!

So far I'm happy with the new windows. In the future I will replace the rest of windows left in my house with Champion Windows.

My experience was very good, from day one to the final day of installation. The installers were very good. I've had two jobs done. This year I had the gutters done. I don't know if Champion contracts outside workers, though I suppose they did for the gutters. I was very satisfied with the way everyone behaved when they were here.

The people who installed the window were very professional and safe around my three young children. They were sure to keep things clean, and I really appreciated them for that.
