So far I'm happy with the new windows. In the future I will replace the rest of windows left in my house with Champion Windows.

My experience was very good, from day one to the final day of installation. The installers were very good. I've had two jobs done. This year I had the gutters done. I don't know if Champion contracts outside workers, though I suppose they did for the gutters. I was very satisfied with the way everyone behaved when they were here.
The people who installed the window were very professional and safe around my three young children. They were sure to keep things clean, and I really appreciated them for that.
I was most satisfied with the quality of the windows, they're wonderful. The installation crew was very helpful, professional, and quick. Everybody worked as a team really well.

Hello Champion, The email I received from you on March 28th stating that my door has been completed and is at the local warehouse ended up being manufactured with the incorrect size. This is after the salesman and installation manager came out and measured the front door. The installation team even showed up with the door on April 4th and after unloading it measured the door one last time only to discover that someone made a mistake "somewhere" and the door ended up manufactured at the wrong size.
