Terrible project management. Terrible communication. Lack of knowledge. Project has taken more than double the initial timeline, and final inspection is still not complete. I have had to GC much of this project myself and communicate daily or weekly with the city permit office, contractors, and champion management to push this project along. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your scheduler, Terry's dishonesty. He did not inform the installers nor the salesman, Eric Freiert, from San Antonio that I WOULD NOT BE HOME Monday afternoon. The time for installation was Monday morning NOT MONDAY AFTERNOON!!!!!!
