I'd not recommend based on the sales tactics and lack of experience to properly measure windows.
The only thing about my installation is that I was told any issues with the window or frame would be taken care of . My installers installed the windows. I was looking at them and saw rot on the brick mold . I showed this to the installers and we talked of it . They called and I spoke to their installation manager ¹. He told them to bring the brick mold to their shop They did that and eventually took the new window OUT and replaced the rotted brick mold. These installers were great I thought.
