Windows were to be custom measured custom fit. Installation crew had to make fit .
The work and windows looked good. Talking to someone to get something to happen was not successful. It took a year to get the job done. We couldn't put blinds up and the electric bill was high. We got the runaround for the right phone number.
They did me wrong and over charged me. They want even answer my phone calls. I paid 10 thousand down leaving a balance of 16 thousand something. I used Green Sky to finance what I owed and was approved for 17,500. Instead of charging what I owed they took the all of the 17,500 I was approved for. Also I called Brad to send me a copy of contract and he said he would. He hasn't and want answer my calls or texts.
No one came out to advise me of the work to be performed even though Donna told me that they would, no measurements was taken to insure the previous measurements was correct, no one came out to see if the work was satisfactory or give me a final walk through. The sun-room roof does not match my original roof, the room was leaking from the ceiling and they came out and put roof tar on the roof which according to the inspector and my insurance adjuster that I asked to come out and inspect the work to make sure this was satisfa... read more
No, have issues with 2 that was installed 2 weeks ago and can't get anyone to even call me back.
I was told they would start at a certain time; that it would be 12-17 weeks. When they did not start, I called and they said it was due to supply problems and Covid. Another month went by. I called again and was told that the product was still not in. The project was supposed to be done in February. It did not get done until June. I signed the contract on November 11th.
