The product quality is very good. We were not kept informed of where things were in the process. It took three months longer than anticipated to complete the job.
The company took my down payment and wouldn’t even put me on the schedule. After four months I asked to change siding color and was told I could. The order was never placed. After eight months, the siding guys just showed up one day. No phone calls were returned, no questions answered, and no work done for eight months.
Horrible experience! Product took over 10 months to come in, then the window panels finally came in but the door didn’t. Terrible communication and customer service!
