When I was sold the windows I was sold on the idea of a complete experience.... I did not receive that. My blinds were removed, some of the screws were lost and they did not put the blinds back up. Leaving me to try to find hardware to reinstall some blinds I did not put up in the first place.
The Champion Windows of Birmingham salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. The office staff responded to my needs in a timely manner. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is more of a headache than it is worth. 3+ months of nothing but issues. Starting from the pushy sales rep all the way on up to the corporate office who did not contact me back
When they came out to install the windows, it was not done correctly. They had to come back out and seal the windows on the outside properly. We had to continue to call for them to come out and fix where they did not do it properly the first time.
The Champion Windows company sucks and they lie.
Not likely to recommend Champion to anyone. They cancelled the onsite visit twice and finally showed up the third time. Said they would be there by the first of March. Well the second week of September they were nowhere to be found. Tried to phone them, e-mail them,and do online chat but no response. Finally had to go to office to get in touch with them. Installation crew did a great job. They were the only good part of our dealings with Champion. We won't be using Champion again.
