Factory finished quality doesn’t match price paid. One window has a drill-looking hole plus rough edges and drain holes. One small crack in a window frame. I feel I overpaid for what I got — so, the issue isn’t with Champion Windows of Boise, it’s with Champion Windows.
My windows were delayed 5 weeks because Champion forgot to put the order in, which delayed the whole project. When we finally received the windows they were wrong. We ordered the prairie window style, but received plain glass. Also, had to get them back out for the picture windows because the caulking was not even.
The project was supposed to be done in 24-36 weeks. It took 68 weeks
