why do I have to go through a third party to purchase your product. Why,can:t I pay Champion direct I hate all the hazel to go through third party.
need to have the measure guy or a person to let home owner know about out door shrubs and all indoor needs to be taken care before installation. The customer support person Sierra Huckeba needs to not lie to customers about sending back emails and when she gets back from 4th to reply to messages and change her message that she would be out of town i had to call several times and leave messages to get a reply. Defective windows on original install and replacement windows defective. Now being told to wait again and no one has the authority to make it right.
have to replace 2 windows, also have another window I called about last thursday said person was out but would call me on monday and so far no call.
