The windows are good quality, installation was good, but had an issue with the screen door not being compatible with the sliding glass door. My husband and I stopped in at the store, were told Bron would stop by the same afternoon to see if could be adjusted, but a month went by before we got impatient and came back. I noticed several reviewers reported being ghosted after installation.
They installed broken glass, installed the wrong windows, the screens are not sitting in the channels properly, and they have to come out and fix them. No one is calling me, they marked up my wall, and the financing was messed up in the beginning. I just had problem after problem with Champion Windows.
I think your product is wonderful. Very satisfied with the quality.
Would not recommend Michael or Champion after our experience with your company.
One of the windows they ordered was wrong. I still haven't seen, or heard, anything back from them. The two doors they provided has ugly marks on them, and they have a poor paint job. They have not reached out yet, and I am trying to figure out what to do.
They sold me a storm door using outdated information and won't work with me to correct. Offering 15% discount toward a different door.
Champion Windows of Boise has an excellent product with an excellent installation. It was very neat. They cleaned up everything.
