I was pleased by the installation but there was one broken, taped window to be replaced and 2 plus weeks later I still have not heard about replacement.

Quality of workmanship was not as I expected- timeliness of response was frustrating a couple of times. We have paid for work (in full) that is still not completed.

So far I am very dissatisfied with any thing and everything having to due with Champion Windows of Boise! I have not heard back from my sales person, after many calls to him from me. My garage doors have not been repaired after being installed, My two exterior doors have not been scheduled to be installed and it is two months since ordered. No call from our sales person to give us an update, no call to see how everything is, no call to just check in with us. SOME OF THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE FROM OUR LOCAL BOISE OFFICE EVER. NEVER ANSWERS PHONES UNLESS YOU LEAVE A CRAPPY MESSAGE, AND THREATEN TO CANCEL ORDER, THEN THEY CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE FOR INSTALL TIMEFRAMES IS HORRIBLE. OVERALL A UNORGANIZED COMPANY. BEST PART OF THE COMPANY WERE THE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM OF INSTALLERS THAT STAYED TILL 8PM TWO DAYS TO GET THE JOB DONE.

I would not recommend them.
