This was the worst experience that I had with sales person. He increased sales price over 2 thousands - telling me that he miscalculated numbers. I don’t trust that guys and he seems very dishonest. No suggestion or advise was given about the floor and constructed sunroom on my bare floor which I would have made better if I was given some options. My installation experience was not good. When I contacted the office about this - the conversations did not go well and Champion seemed uninterested in my concerns
1) terrible concrete work; caused rainwater to leak into my home 2) failed inspections 3) supervisor untruthful, unprofessional, unresponsive 4) wanted me to sign off on project before final inspection 5) final cleaning yet to be finished 6) punchlist yet to be completed 7) unresponsive to requests to finish project
The original window that was installed had to be removed and reordered due to factory defects and poor workmanship.

The sales manager was kind and knowledgeable as was the delivery manager, but I was grossly under informed about a lot of details from my sales person. Those details would have likely made me choose to go with another option and were carefully omitted
