We had a huge issue with our sliding glass door. There was no customer service. There was no professionalism. There was no communication. It took five months for a problem to be resolved.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service and they do not finish the job.
As of right now we have issues with our installation. Installers came while we were out of town on Dec 27. As of now, January 7, we still have a mess in our yard. We have a non working wire coming out of the siding on the side. We have parts that aren’t covered and a support beam that was pulled away from the house instead of the siding cut around it. None of our outdoor lighting was put back up like I was told would be done. We have left messages and even spoke with 2 people but nothing resolved yet.
It did take a long time for the windows to come in.
The lead sales person misinformed me regarding the installation team. I was told that the installers were employees of the company and that they were highly trained to do their job. What showed up were contractors, and from what I understand a new team with the company. One could not speak English and the other had broken English so it was hard to communicate. They both were nice enough but for the amount of money that I spent on these windows the install was way below expectations.
The installers left a piece of siding loose. I've called since August for someone to come out. They said that someone would come by twice, but no one would show up. My husband was there the second time to ensure everything went smoothly. They never showed up. I also texted the head of installation, and never heard back.
They called us and said the windows were ready, and they were not. We had scheduled time off and had to reschedule. The need to pay attention to detail in the warehouse.
I will never recommend Champion and will do my best to discourage anyone I can from purchasing anything from Champion.
