They overcharged me and, three months later, the issue still has not been resolved. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and no one is responding to voicemails. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I was very happy with the installation of the windows until I really looked at the caulking around them. It was atrocious. The installer had already left by then. I called his supervisor. He came out and looked at the windows. The installer sent me a text message on April 13th, after the windows had just been installed. "Oh, now I hear you are not happy with my work. The time between ordering and installation was way too long! We ordered May of 2021. Installation done just recently.
