Took almost 2 years to complete project with almost zero after the sale communication, multiple ordering/measuring mistakes, and quality problems.
There were numerous spots that might have been rectified with some of the trim fittings. There were numerous issues with the trim that may have been fixed. Nobody ever took a walk with me.
I am disappointed because the crew had to come back several times because they brought the wrong products. They did not have the right knobs.
Took nearly two years to get done after deposit
Our 12 - 16 week project took over a year and a half to complete. It was not a good experience at all.
Salesman came out did his quote and told my wife and I it would take 2-3 months. Then after not 1 but 2 guys came to measure they said it would be 6 months. So I called several times in the 6 months and customer service told me someone would call me shortly. Finally got someone to call me back and schedule a install. The day of the people show up and the bay window was made wrong. Two people came out to measure and was still wrong. So I waited a couple days for someone to call but no one ever did.
