I was very happy with the installation of the windows until I really looked at the caulking around them. It was atrocious. The installer had already left by then. I called his supervisor. He came out and looked at the windows. The installer sent me a text message on April 13th, after the windows had just been installed. "Oh, now I hear you are not happy with my work. Never finished the job
They don't live up to promises. They constantly change timelines.
I was told that all the materials for my repair were onsite but it still took almost 20 weeks for them to come.
PURCHASED WINDOWS IN AUGUST OF 2021 AND AS OF TODAY, APRIL 2022, WE STILL HAVE INCOMPLETE WORK.
The time between ordering and installation was way too long! We ordered May of 2021. Installation done just recently.
Waited 9 months for siding install waiting on doors, one loose shutter, trim around back window looks like it is coming off
It is nearly impossible to get tesults when you contact someone. They say they will come for paperwork toi be signed but do not show up. When I call back and leave a message no one returns my call. We waited over 2 months to have 4 small pieces that were not sent with original install. When they finally came back to install them they weren't the correct color snd had to be reordered. The supervisor was not helpful at all.
Although the product is nice, the timeliness to actually get the item takes way too much time. Ordered items in Aug 2021 and was initially told 8-10 weeks. The wrong measurements were taken by Champion staff, and had to be re-taken and order was re-submitted as new order. Item did not even arrive until over 6 months after the initial order, when we were initially told 8-10 weeks.
