I don't recommend them because they took almost a year to get my stuff done. I know COVID-19 put a hold on things, but I asked them to keep me informed. They didn't. I had to keep calling in.
Took almost 9 months to get the siding and gutters installed on the house and the installers didn’t finish the job!
The service was not good, and there was a lack of communication.
Work was not within quoted timeframe. Work was not completed as agreed to with the salesman. Extra supplies were ordered and expected to be returned without reimbursement.
I would have to give a qualified recommendation to anyone to be careful. I was told that Champion only makes one window however that is untrue and I was not told about it until it was too late to cancel my order. I needed to save money so the salesman offered me a shorter warranty for a “discount”. However the “discount” was really as lesser window. Though they were finally installed (and no issues with the actual installation), I was told installation would be 4-6 weeks after I signed the contract - in reality it was more than double that time. I kept getting the run-around every time I called to check on the installation status. I later found out that the person who puts in the orders had quit and my order didn't get put in after I signed the contract. Also, I'm not seeing the energy savings they stated I would see.
