Sales representative was awesome. It didn't take long for our windows to arrive. However, the first installer arrived by himself to I stall 7 windows on our two story home. He did not have all the materials to do the job. He started on the job, had to leave to retrieve the materials that wasn't on his truck and didn't return for 2 hours. Installed two of the windows and had to come back two days later to finish. Because he didn't have a ladder for the two story windows. We were frustrated because we were told it would be a few months and it was 6 months before we got our door.
I WOULD RECMMEND YOU HAVE PLENTY KY JELLY.
Terrible experience as a homeowner would not recommend.
My first dealing with Champion was great. This last time around it took 8 months to have a sliding patio door installed.
They overcharged me and, three months later, the issue still has not been resolved. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and no one is responding to voicemails. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
