The sales guy was really nice, the crew was good, and they cleaned up. The guys were real friendly, down to earth, and they even hung out with us for awhile afterwards and we got some pizza. They even liked our dog. We really liked them.
The Champion windows I received were definitely good quality for the money, and a good price for the value. The look of the windows have made our house look completely different. We used to have single pane windows with separate storms and screens, and it is easier to open the window now with the screen already there.
The window I bought from Champion exceeded my expectations, and everyone compliments it when they see it. I know I'll stick with Champion for my other window ventures.
I was really impressed with the people who were setting up the windows. Zim-zam, they were done. It didn't take all day. I really like my window. I got a bay window in the front, and we've been waiting to get it done because of the expense. With Champion we were able to do it by making several payments.

Champion Windows are alright as far as I know. They told us that it would take five to eight weeks to get the windows in, and they were here in four weeks, which was nice. Also, the salesman saved me a lot of money.
This is the third time I ordered windows from Champion and this time I also included new vinyl shutters with my project. Delivery time to receive materials took over 3 months to receive and the shutters still have not been received as the initial batch were made incorrectly - 7" short. I was quoted delivery would take 8 weeks. The windows shipped with many imperfections. The color bonding had scratches around various sections of the frame and sashes. Wrong windows installed, outside trim also fell off 2 of 3 windows after 2 days installed. Still waiting on call back after 3 days of reporting issue.
It’s been a nightmare this time around We out in 7 doors and 12 windows back in 2010 and never had an issue We went back to finish with a bay window and two side windows They were suppose to come three times and never show up The bay window is not the size that I was promised They intended to leave the old roof over the new window The new window is not even half the size of the old one the two who put it in told me it looked nice and I could hang bird feeders or hang a trellis!
