It’s been a nightmare this time around We out in 7 doors and 12 windows back in 2010 and never had an issue We went back to finish with a bay window and two side windows They were suppose to come three times and never show up The bay window is not the size that I was promised They intended to leave the old roof over the new window The new window is not even half the size of the old one the two who put it in told me it looked nice and I could hang bird feeders or hang a trellis! The salesmen left or got fired. Nobody called me. I finally called in after 4 months. Jack said there would be no payment till the job was done. That wasn't true. I was charged 9970.00 by the end of November of 2023. The job wasn't completed till MARCH 2025!!!! This job was a 5x23 foot porch with no floor. Literally a 3 day job. All I got was excuses. AM I HAPPY? NO I AM NOT. There should have been money taken off the job for an 18 month wait. I had so much smoke blown up my butt I'm still farting smoke. Not to mention the t... read more

Contract was signed 09/30/23, and project not finished until 12/24. Much clean up still remains. Pit under deck was supposed to be filled with gravel, it is not. Large sheets of discarded plywood remain in my yard, along with pieces of plastic and aluminum. Temporary bridge built to carry materials remains in my yard along with 12 foot pieces of timber. My order was placed and payment accepted with an estimated install in 8-10 weeks. It was 9 weeks when the install coordinator shared with me that our door order was not placed with the factory due to some internal processing issue. The install was finally completed 20 weeks after payment was received.

Paid $2000 a window for a total of $8000. Installation poor and sloppy. Had to use a razor blade to clean off black gunk on brand new windows. One new window defective and being replaced. Loyal repeat customer and will no longer purchase Champion. No quality control.
