Quality control at the factory needs to be improved. Windows came with glue spots, streaks, and screen frames that would not let the screens go completely into the track. One sash has to be replaced because film coating is already breaking down.
Sales and installation people lied to me
Communication was terrible.
It took, from order placement to delivery, over 5 months.
I purchased my windows on June 30th. Signed for additional windows for my bedrooms (5 more windows) on July 7th. At the time of my original purchase, I had ask my sales person about any sales for the holiday week coming up. He said there were not any sales. When I went on Champion Windows web site a few day into July, I saw that they were having a buy two, get two free free.
