There was a strong reluctance to share the pricing details. Mike Kumar gave me the total price, but could not or would tell me how the total price was derived. I felt like I was paying an excessive price because Mike Kumar and Chris Muenzer finally gave me unit prices of the windows that appeared excessive. I have lost trust in their pricing practice.
I think Champion has a good product and warranty, but they really need to focus on their customer's satisfaction and people skills.
I feel like I bought a used car and I am stuck with it.
Beware of the warranty.
The installation was so horrible that it left the customer totally disgruntled.
