I think they are not courteous and only want the money. They do not return calls and do not come back to fix anything.

Champion Windows is a national company that has been in business for many years . we expected a higher standard of excellence,integrity and customer service.

The materials for my project were good and very durable. However, I haven't heard from Champion Windows of Colombia since they left my house. I've tried to call the site manager, Mark, four times and have left messages, and I haven't heard back from him. He didn't start the project when he said he was going to start it, and he won't return my calls. He took the measurements for my siding, and I haven't seen or heard from him since.
