The quality of the windows was fine, but the men and the service were wrong. How they approached the installation and how they complained after installation, they took me in back and forth arguments with them. Then when they came back they saw the installation was done a different way.

Your install will be cancelled not only due to bad weather in your area, but the bad weather of anywhere near you the day before also. And with only a couple hours notice.

The foundation crew was excellent but the other crew had some workers standing around while one person working. They did not give me status of job daily, too much of other things went bad also, the crew and the supervisor was not professional at all. You would think that professionalism would be top priority for the money they charge, would not recommend.

Project manager was hard to contact and would not call back on time. I never received any status update, and was left wondering when the project will be started nor completed. They got a little better at it when I called to say I was contemplating to cancel the contract.

I have about 10 problems with the installation process and the resulting finished product. Right after installation I requested a project manager to come out and help me with my concerns and problems. Instead they sent the same crew came without calling to repair one problem. I waited patiently thin...

I had to wait about 3 month before the job was started. No one call to say what was the delay. The sale person did not return calls in a timely manner. The permit was overcharged.

The salesman, Matt, was informative in pictorial description only. He gave us an estimated time of 12-14 weeks via contract Even said it might be sooner.Contract was signed June 14, 2016. The company took half of total cost and billed monthly thereafter. After many calls we were told they did not have enough crews to work and it may take some time before start of project.
