I will never give my money to Champion again for any home projects.
I was disappointed with the experience.
Absolutely not. We were given many (poor) excuses as to why the job wasn't done correctly the first time. I recommend that everyone invests in a company that cares about their customers and will be efficient in their work. It's been over 2 months and we are STILL waiting for a 'finished' roof.
John Turner was the least professional of any business man and he ruined my entire experience with Champion Windows.

Installation was changed 3 times. I am not at all happy with the quality of my stormdoor and am still waiting for someone to take a look at it. Had an appointment yesterday and am still waiting. No phone call or nothing. The customer service is absolutely terrible.
