My experience in this Sunroom process hasn't been good. The best part of the whole process was the sale. I have no issues with Mike Kumar but it went down hill afterwards. I don't have issues with the installation crew for the most part. I have the issues with the manager and his untimeliness of details and follow up during this process. I'm still waiting to get an issue fixed and it's been almost a month and I'm sure I will have to contact him a few more times before it's corrected. Like most companies the sales team is helpful. Once the money exchanges hands it doesn't matter anymore. I have been paying for several months and still don't have a complete working set. The product itself would be gorgeous if it was made correctly and a quality team was used to make sure the window is correct. The installation team does not have any working knowledge of what the product is supposed to be, only to install it.
They are outrageously price.
It took 2 weeks to complete a 3 day job.
Dissatisfied that they did not listen to what I wanted.
The quality of the windows and door are top quality, you can't get any better. They need improvement on how they measure, and double check the measurements.
