I understand there were delays with Covid. We ordered the room in August and it was done in March. But we had no notifications at any time as to why there were delays or when they were going to start the project. They did a good job on the sunroom, but when they got to the door, it was not plum. It took 4 times to get it where it would lock. The stair railing was never fixed to our satisfaction. They said they would send someone out to fix it, but we have not heard anything from them about coming back.
Champion Windows of Columbia was very responsive, and they do a great job!
We were really impressed with the presentation. We looked at several other window options, and the value compared to other manufactures, and the quality.
I got a lot of compliments while my sun room was being built and the windows being installed. They did a great job!
The price was good - however, the window product wasn't how I expected it to be.
