I've dealt with them over the years for three different installations of windows and doors, and I have found them to be very helpful at all times. I was completely satisfied with the work they did, the crews that came, how they did the work efficiently, cleaned up nicely, and were even helpful in putting on a roof panel on a greenhouse I was building and they never hesitated to help. I have been very pleased with them in every way. Their quality is by far better than anything I have ever seen before.
I liked how Chris Miller presented the product, and explained the process of installation. I enjoyed the way the work was done. The installers were on time, explained what they were doing, and fixed everything.
Everything was good, my experience was good. My sales rep was more than professional and friendly, the installation crew was professional and friendly and they kept the area clean and made sure it was done right - even though I had to call them back out to get something that was missed.
Champion Windows is an extremely professional company and they do very high quality work. I am an extremely happy customer and I am extremely satisfied.

The staff was very helpful. Victor, the manager, was great. Chris really stands out for his politeness, availability, helpfulness, and willingness to answer questions, repeatedly if necessary. I was new to the process, and Chris was great about assuring me of the value of my investment, and I ended up being very impressed with the quality of the materials and construction.
The sales staff at Champion Windows are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to sell a quality product, which is backed by an outstanding lifetime warranty. We are very pleased with our window, and look forward to many years of enjoyment from it. Unfortunately, as with many things, problems can arise, and we did have our share.
