My experience working with Champion Windows of Columbus was excellent. The salesperson provided exceptional service, and the installer was absolutely wonderful - he did such a nice job. He was very patient, friendly, and answered any questions I had.
You wouldn’t provide a detailed invoice for my purchase. Without that I can’t budget for the rest of my windows

Started billing before I even received the windows. I window does not work correctly after paying 1600 per window they should come problem free. Poor communication with service on what they are doing to repair the window my thought replace the window.
The ordering process was terrible
i ordered my windows in June of 2024. 6 months later I am still waiting for missing parts and corrections to the wrong windows installed. I have been waiting 2 months with no word on resolution. I am unable to list my home for sale due to Champion's errors.
My windows were ordered the beginning of this year (2024). They came out and made several repairs but have one or 2 that are still pending because for some reason they cannot get the part in until the end of January and because they didn't have a 10 feet piece of trim for my front window. So, it has taken close to a year and my windows are not complete yet.
Champion delivered and installed the complete wrong door that was ordered. I have heard from customer service but nothing from anyone telling me how long it will be until I receive what I ordered and paid for.
Messy job. Windows had marks on them. The Caulking job was bad. Found a lot of pieces left over from the job. The workers seemed rushed, did not take their time.
The whole experience was not good. The salesman vanished after we signed, the communication was terrible and it took a very long time to get all windows put in. The glass black are just caulked in and was expecting them to be cemented in.
