I have already noticed a big difference with the colder weather coming, the windows are definitely working.
We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and the difference it has made in our home. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, the office staff has been very professional and courteous, and the installers were very proficient at their assigned positions.
We had a few problems with the installation crew showing up too early with no notice and then needing a second day that we weren't told about. However, Dustin at the office worked with us and gave us great customer service to fix it.
Very professional and on time installation. We are very happy with our windows and storm door.
