While the final product and installation were good, every experience leading up to the actual install was the worst I have ever experienced with any company in life.

They need a better salesman. They didn't give me the right facts.
Not at this point. We have had windows, a sliding back patio door installed so it was a no brainer when we went to have our front door done. Sales person was great but that was about where it stopped. It took four months to get our door which I understand with supply. The install crew came to install the door (we also had a new storm door as well). Guess what, they didn't have that on arrival. It did show up but MUCH later in the day. It took nearly a year to receive my product, and nine trips to my house to complete the installation.
This was a very stressful nightmare - especially getting the windows installed. On the 4th installation date the miracle finally happened!
Scheduled window install 3 times before they did the work! Poor communications.
Unfortunately, our experience with installation and Customer Service was one of the worst that we have had. See #8 below.
Took way too long to get the doors installed and kept getting the run around.
