The process started with nice sales. I was told the windows should be ready for install in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later, I had not heard anything, so I contacted my Custom Service team member. He told me not to contact him but to contact Janet Lent. So I emailed Ms. Lent and was told that I would b...
No communication. Quoted time was months shorter than real time.
It is poor quality.
Based on my experience, Champion miss represented their product, stated that it was my problem and I should sue them, took 6 months to fix their poor installation.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Champion Windows.
Sales and the person who came out to get fine measurements got the measurements wrong. Manufactured 18 windows incorrectly and now we are having to redo all the paint because the trim areas that were originally covered. Still have a broken window and some are super difficult to engage the lock.
I have never recieved a final paper work showing full payment for patio door. I referred my parent's and they bought windows and haven't heard anything about referral program . Parent's have also had problem and questions that have not been answered.
It took over a year to get my window!
Only one of the three window purchase experiences have been acceptable. Two separate orders have had problems with installation or incorrect order with delayed install.
