Overall, Champion Windows of Columbus, OH was a great company to work with. They have a great warranty, provide excellent service, and install a great product.
My home was done in two phases. The first crew could not have been worse. The second phase crew was outstanding. The owner assisted in getting the project completed. The project took longer than it should have and required more work from the homeowner than it should have. The company stood behind its work and completed the job.
I was really impressed with speed of the financing process, and also how quickly Champion Windows was able to order and install my windows. I am very satisfied with Champion Windows.
I would definately purchase from Champion again. In fact we are considering a new front door and screen door for next year. We love our new windows, they were the best we found as they met all our needs and they people we dealt with during this experience were great.
The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available for questions. The product is excellent. I never thought I could be so happy about windows. The installers were courteous, and answered any of our equations. They were timely, and everyone did a great job.
My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The process was very professional. The overall quality of the windows is outstanding, and we've received many compliments. We feel like it has raised the value of our house.
We really dreaded replacing the windows because of the expense and and we did not want to tear up the outside of the house. It was nothing like that. We always had to keep our blinds closed before because the heat would come in. Now we can keep the blinds open. When the sun comes in there is only light. There is no heat.
I was overly impressed with the quality work. The windows were high quality, but the workmanship exceeded my expectations. We had some wood rot that needed custom fitting, and they did a really nice job.
It's a good product, and I like the look and the operation of it. It was completed, and I'm happy with that. I still have more windows to do. That will come with time.
