The windows came in two stages. They told me it would be a small period of time between the completion of the two. It took a long time. There was constant confusion about when the windows were going to be delivered and put in. There was one two-week period where no one responded to my inquiries. No one called me or said anything.
They over charged and under delivered. Originally they said that they don't play price games, and yet they gave me three different prices and pressured me to buy that day. I spent $200 to lock in an overpriced product, which was the lowest of their overpriced products.
