I feel they over-promised and under delivered. I was told that new windows and doors would help with my road noise and it hasn't and in fact the new doors are even louder than the 40-year old one. I almost never received a returned phone call. They forgot the largest window of my order and didn't bother to tell me or explain where it was or why it wasn't with the other 20 windows.
Do not believe the salesmen worst buying experience ever didn't realize I was screwed until it was to late. Office staff and install crew nice was nice.
I will NEVER do business with Champion windows again. I feel I was lied to about the window above my patio door. you people knew all along that you could not make the window & you sent a window that would not fit and told me the wrong window was sent. Then installed the patio door & said they would install the window in a couple of weeks. Then I get a call a couple of days later telling me the window could not be made. You people knew from day 1 that window could not be made. You had the measurements for 8 weeks. So now I ha... read more
People have come, and looked at the window. I tell them not to use them.
If they didn't do false advertising I would probably recommend them.
The install was not done very well. It was a bad install.
I am very dissatisfied with my experience.
