I will NEVER do business with Champion windows again. I feel I was lied to about the window above my patio door. you people knew all along that you could not make the window & you sent a window that would not fit and told me the wrong window was sent. Then installed the patio door & said they would install the window in a couple of weeks. Then I get a call a couple of days later telling me the window could not be made. If they didn't do false advertising I would probably recommend them.

The Champion salesman arrived on time at my home. We headed upstairs to my loft to measure where I wanted a Champion to install in new window. On the way up the stairs the salesman asked, " I forgot my tape measure, do you happen to have one I can use?" I thought to myself you have to be kidding. I returned downstairs and went to my garage to retrieve my tape measure for the Champion salesman to use.
