Nice enough people from start to finish, however, given the chance to do it again, we would not.
Everything was fantastic except for the windows I have with scratches and the process to get it remediated.
The consultation presented by Chris Miller was thorough and professional. The installation crew was skillful and punctual. However, the job is not yet done. One of the windows (the most visible one) was broken upon delivery and was taped with blue tape to hold it together. I am pretty sure that this is not the best insulation strategy. More than 2.5 months have passed since the installation but we have no idea when this window will be replaced. Two other minor fixes are also outstanding. Good quality windows, but a not-so-good installation experience. We asked for our old marble sills to be removed - which ended up causing a domino effect of problems. The installation crew was unprepared to do a drywall return (like originally planned), and suggested an option of bending metal trim around the interior of the windows instead.
