They took my money and have not installed my sunroom in17 months
I am waiting for the windows to be replaced. Hopefully there will be better quality control with the replacements.
I am very angry with Champion Windows' customer service. It is terrible. There are many things wrong and they have not responded to my calls. I have used my life's saving to have this job completed. It's like they have received my money and have just forgotten about the problems that I have encountered with the unfinished job.
The installation was terrible. Both doors look terrible on the outside and inside.
The main reason we had Champion do the basement windows after the problems with the initial windows and front door is we wanted all the windows in the house to be the same.
I would not recommend them under these circumstances.
I had to take 5 days off work for a new front door. The crews that showed up where unpreparred and disorganized. The hindges that have been put on have all started to rust and I am now waiting on new ones to be delivered. Champion has proven to be a complete disappointment and I would recomend that someone look at other companies before considering Champion
