Good quality windows, but a not-so-good installation experience. We asked for our old marble sills to be removed - which ended up causing a domino effect of problems. The installation crew was unprepared to do a drywall return (like originally planned), and suggested an option of bending metal trim around the interior of the windows instead. They took my money and have not installed my sunroom in17 months
I am waiting for the windows to be replaced. Hopefully there will be better quality control with the replacements.
I am very angry with Champion Windows' customer service. It is terrible. There are many things wrong and they have not responded to my calls. I have used my life's saving to have this job completed. It's like they have received my money and have just forgotten about the problems that I have encountered with the unfinished job.
The installation was terrible. Both doors look terrible on the outside and inside.
The main reason we had Champion do the basement windows after the problems with the initial windows and front door is we wanted all the windows in the house to be the same.
I would not recommend them under these circumstances.
