Overall experience less than stellar. Poor office mangant in the Columbus office. Misleading warranty coverages and lack of response by senior management. Would not recommend to anybody.

I liked the service and the quality of the window. I did not like the service on the flashing or the knowledge they had about what they did for me. I am concerned about my warranty.

I was very disappointed with the installation of the windows and the follow-up. No one apologized for the poor workmanship or the inconvenience to me.

Good products, BUT......No one at Champion seems to care that I had to take 2 days off work due to their mistakes, had to wait a total of 13 weeks for a door, inconvenienced my tenants and discounted their rent, apparently wasted my time drafting a 3 page letter, and now more time with this survey....

Champion needs to work on their customer service. When they say they're going to complete a job, they need to follow through and check on the customer to make sure the customer is happy. They need to return their phone calls. When they make a contract saying the windows will be installed in 6-8 weeks they need to abide by the contract and not make them wait 11 weeks.
