The installers from Champion Windows of Dayton should not disconnect electronics unless they are sure to connect them again. Also the Venetian blinds were not properly re-installed after the installation either.

The product appears to be a good product with good warranty, but the communication and follow ups of our damaged door had to be established by us in order to get them to follow up.
