Champion won't stand behind their work. We have two sets of defective windows that Champion has not repaired despite months of calls and emails. We've withheld payment on the last set of windows and initiated complaints with the Better Business Bureau of the State Attorney General. I've told Champion that I will pay in full as soon as they fix the problem. They want payment upfront despite the past failures. Buy from Pella, Andersen, or anyone else. Champion cannot be trusted.

I signed a contract with Champion Windows on May 25, 2022 for 2 storm doors with retractable screens. Fastforward 2 months, on July 21, 2022 my sales rep called to inform me that in order to complete the job I would have to pay more money on top of what was agreed to in the contract. It turns out that Champion knew this as far back as June 29, 2022 and did not notify me. it went ok. we postponed our trip so they could measure our widows. , so we could get them installed the first week of November. november 15th we had not heard a word. i called the sales person he had no clue what was going on. i got a call a couple of days later that stated they were still waiting for a door.mean while my partner who had his house measured 10 days after me was getting his windows installed already. my windows arrived in December and were installed just before xmas. the installers were fast they damaged seve... read more

Installation went ok. Basement windows are not fastened to frame of house.

Took a long time to get the things they didn't do well fixed. They didn't reconnect the AC properly. I feel they take advantage of their big name because I was not impressed.

Joe from Champion came out to give us a quote. Quote was much higher than expected, but after high pressure sales tactics, Joe convinced us to sign the contract with the assurance that if we changed our minds, we could cancel within 3 business days. The next two days we attempted to get ahold of Joe to change the window color to tan (one of the standard colors). We needed a roof and heard good things about Champion, turns out that hype is all from them. The salesman applied high pressure sales tactics, and convinced us that no one could do the work for the price that our insurance company provided. Their contract states they they do install, and that is completely false, it's a 3rd party, that doesn't speak english.
