Fairly good. Projects seem to be a little rushed. Courteous & nice, but probably a little rushed. The bedrooms windows were installed at expectation, however, we previously had 9 windows installed of which we have not been so happy with. The project seemed too rushed and it seems like the windows could fit better since the caulk is splitting extremely soon after the work performed and also re-split after we had a service call on them.

WE USED AN ENERGY ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE CITY OF THORNTON TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE. CHAMPION WAS THE LOW BIDDER AND THEY PROVIDED A QUALITY PRODUCT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

FROM START TO FINISH THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE SALESMAN, THE MEASURER AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID OUTSTANDING WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME & DID A WALK THROUGH WITH ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MOVED THINGS BEFORE STARTING & PUT THEM BACK WHEN DONE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

HAD A FEW PROBLEMS AND DISAGREEMENTS AS FAR AS WHAT I WANTED DONE WITH THE INSTALLER, THE MAIN OFFICE HOWEVER, TALKED WITH THE INSTALLER AND THEY DID IT TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. EMPLOYEES WERE OTHERWISE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. CLEANED UP MESS WELL.

OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. THE WINDOWS WE ORDERED WERE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THEM, THEY DID NOT WORK WELL WITH OUR OTHER CONTRACTORS.

Customer service is horrible. I waited over six months for replacement of defective windows. And then the truck arrived with the wrong size sashes. Since then, I waited over two months for the estimated date, and I still don't have one. The local phone number goes to national call center, which makes promises that are meaningless and never fulfilled. Never again. While the quality of the windows is good, and we have now spent close to $50,000 replacing most of the house - but their (lack) of customer service is horrendous. Even providing them additional referrals - I am the one that has to constantly follow-up, as Champion has no clue as to what follow-through or ownership means. Customer service is terrible. I have been told for three days a representative will call me back, so I can have a damage cost (hail) for the insurance company and have yet to receive a call. They sell great windows, but don't want to service them the there is a problem.
