The salesman lied to me. He didn't tell me when he should have. The contractor came in and installed a double-glass window, and I was outside watching them. I said I am glad they had a slider beam. It was the main contractor who said, "it's not a slider." He said it isn't. I said it is, and he said it's an up-and-down window. Misquotes by the sales person that grossly affected the financing-3 month delays without communication-managers refused to call me back after several follow ups. Will not be using Champion for my home addition or my next window replacements. I have made it a point to tell everyone what a horrible experience we had this time around with Champion.
Talked to the salesman about what we where looking for on the windows upgrade We stressed how important the window sills be replaced with the windows.
