Windows are good but communication was horrible
Horrible, nobody ever calls back when I am told they will. Guess they got the money and now they don't care. We still wanting on a screen which we probably will never get.
First door order delivered was wrong. All five door were the wrong color. The second order was the correct color but one of the door was the wrong style. The first attempt on install, with the CORRECT color of doors, was delayed not once but twice. The doors have been installed for less. Than 1 week and there are paint chips present. This was around a $22,0000 project…..
The communication is terrible and two of the galoots that installed my windows damaged my landscaping and property inside my house. Then when I tried to talk to someone about it, nobody would return my calls!
Salesperson was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I did get frustrated when no one returned our multiple messages for install. The install team broke the base one of our landscape lights and tried to put the light post in the ground, not even near the broken bass. By doing that he put a hole in our weed barrier. The worst part is no one mentioned it to us and it was noticed when my husband was picking up debris left in the landscaping.
