Took 6 months to get our windows in from when we ordered them. When I finally called customer service they connected me with a warehouse manager that said for some reason they never placed the order. It also took forever to get ahold of anyone. Every time I called customer service it took over 15 minutes on hold to get to talk to a person.
They took awhile to get back with me.
The service and quality were great, but some of the order was incorrect, and I'm very discouraged.
It took from March til June to get the windows.
There are some issues with at least 3 windows. Seems to be factory related,2 scratches & it looks like a crack in a 3rd one.
Poor service and no communication. Installers do crappy finish work. No recommendations from me
They did a great job of installing all my Windows
