Their customer service leaves something to be desired. They are very difficult to get a hold of. I understand there are problems with workers and supply-chain difficulties, but we waited 6 months.
We purchased 2 doors and one had scratches that we didn’t notice until after the installers left. I have sent pictures to a representative plus another follow up email and haven’t heard back. Plus we have a latch that keeps getting stuck. We were told that a new one was ordered, but after not getting a response about the scratches it makes me wonder if the latch has been ordered. After sales person got his payment, it's been all down hill after that!
Over priced. Original windows were measured twice. New load of replacements arrived and none of them would fit the opening. Took about 7 months to completed project.
They have an amazing sales team for their installation team is of no help at all!
No contact at all from the company about their mess up on our order. Said 8/10 weeks ended up 4 months couldn’t get phone answered in the Evansville office unless you pressed 1 for a consult for new windows . Must say Jason & his crew Installition were great!
