It took ELEVEN months to complete the installation of our entry door. Very minimal communication even from repeated calls on our behalf.
I am still waiting for them to install, and I don't have any trim on my windows. Also, the job is still incomplete and it's been about 8 months. This is the worst experience I have had with the company so far.
We went into this with high hopes, and it was a disaster. They came out, then didn't show back up for three months.
The entire process was painful, and they didn't communicate with us at all.
Salesman and pre serviceman said the installers would flash the inside window w trim but the installers said they dont do that
They came out in October and I sign the contract because he said they could have my siding up in about 8 weeks. Its been over 5 months and nothing. But I still have to make the payment every month. Do not choose them for anything
