Installation crew arrived early and got done quickly. Upon cleaning some debris left behind (which I didn’t mind) I noticed one of the windows was crooked so I started inspecting the other one and sure enough it was crooked and another window had a huge bow in the middle from what my guess is not shimming or using too short of a screw. I made a request for problem resolution about it three weeks ago and have yet to hear a beep from them. I paid a premium price and expected a premium service, not the case.

Your guys shorted out are electric on patio and wont hold up to fixing it and ignore are message so no I wouldn't refer a friend also before all started we did refer a friend no 300 bonus we were promised all have been lies I would never ever use you again we thought you were better company then that

I really like the windows, and the installation crew was professional, polite and helpful. They even wore masks, which put my mind at ease.
I was not happy at all with Champion Windows. They tore up my windows. My daughter had a painting in the sunroom that they knocked over and got paint all on the floor. My landscaping was all trashed. The caulking was terrible. The work in the kitchen with the windows was terrible. The screens in the garage fell off and the handles on two of the windows fell off.
