We ordered windows and doors. Windows were completed, but seems Champion forgot about our doors. So I called to ask where they were and was told someone would call. Never happened, but they added a new charge to my account. So called again and they again told me someone would call me back. Eventually the account manager did and I was given a lame excuse that door factory was being remodeled and that's why my doors were just now ordered.
Took nearly a year and still not completely done.
Worst experience in a construction project I have ever been involved with from day 1.
New sales are reliable and professional, warranty repair is terrible with failing to show for scheduled appointments and not returning communications.
It took 4 months to complete and if every job was like mine I'd think this company would be out of business.
I placed an order in early January 2022 with the expected arrival date of late May early June. Once mid June came and I had received absolutely no communication I reached out and was told they were delayed a month oh no explanation. I called again in one month, July by this point, and was given the same excuse. By August I contacted my salesperson, Tim Copley, who would not take my call but rather only responded to text message with generic comments that never acknowledged the problem.
