We were quoted installation of our doors would be 6 months. After 6 months, our doors were ordered. Champion then told us it would be 4-6 weeks from that point. At the 8 week mark I had to contact Champion for an update. After multiple attempts to contact someone other than customer service, we were called back and told June. Then the day we are supposed to have the doors installed, we are told the wrong size was ordered. Our doors tooks a year to be installed. The customer service has been horrible. I can’t get ahold of anybody and everything has taken forever. We ordered our windows in January and we still aren’t finished with the installation.
It took longer than I was told to even receive them, then two screens had holes in them, and the color of the outside was not correct
The lock on the patio door is not working. Waiting for someone to come and make it right.
Made my order of 13 windows and 2 doors, first installers came to install my windows no problem. Came back to install my doors, said they were wrong. A year and a half later my new doors are ready. Installers show up with what was supposed to be the correct doors only to find out the first ones were correct all along and had been sitting in the warehouse the whole time. No communication at all. Took over 3 months for someone to contact me and that wasn’t until I canceled the payments for the project before anyone would contact me from the company. Took 7 months for the window job to be completed. Still trying to get the door project resolved this is going on 8 months now.
They lacked in communication. Especially when there were multiple delays. Our door took 11 months to be finished! And it was a basic design. Unacceptable.
Customer service isn’t great. Windows are not designed for our location
