Quality product is their strong suit but they are therefore very expensive. Not great for small jobs. We only had one window replaced this time around and the order seemed to have gotten lost or forgotten, taking over 6 weeks to install one small window that cost over $1800. I feel we could have gotten an acceptable window somewhere else in half the time and for less. Good windows, excellent install crew, but poor communication from salesman to installation department. I ordered five windows total, two different styles, and watched the salesman write down which went where. On install day, I arrived home to find that four of the five windows had been installed in the wrong spots. The crew had to return to remove and re-install four windows.
Although they did a good job for the window they put in. I was not happy with the quality of the lumber they put on my deck. I had told them premium. In stead I got #3 standard. Full of knots. I also told them to reinforce the new section for a hot tub. They ask when they were building the deck where I was going to put it. I told them I was thinking about the middle of the new section. Caution! Windows were installed within quoted time frame, but since then we've had nothing but problems. The installers never cleaned the windows, which in turn if they had they would have found the scratches on the front window. Security latches are not easily opened. Within a week another window has cracked. If you do get through to someone in management, its a hassle to get an appointment for someone to come back out as well as follow up calls to resolve issues, poor internal communication.
