We could not be more disappointed with Champion Windows. We had to call multiple times to get windows measured, missed appointments and no calls. We ordered in October and after multiple calls with no return, we found out that out windows had not even been ordered in January. And, that what was...
Overall I’m not happy with the overall experience
It was a disaster of communication. Blake, the salesman, is a liar. Greg, the manager, does nothing; he called to try to improve things but did nothing. Rod Stowell, another manager, was a liar.
They were very slow and bad at responding to phone calls. We were asking about details and trying to get information from them. They are bad at returning calls. We still don't have a front door or screens, and they haven't called. I have called them, and they said they would call, but they still haven't heard back.
Quality of the Windows is excellent, very pleased with the work. However, it took 6months from contract signing until actual installation, when it was supposed to take 8-10weeks. Needed to have a second remeasurement taken because the first technician was no longer working for the company and was unclear in his notes about what he had measured. Never! In fact, our neighbor came over to discuss the project when they saw the installers here. I told her to stay far away and tell everyone she knows to stay away too!! I have never experienced such inept, unprofessional and disrespectful companies!! $43,000 wasted on this company.
Multiple problems with windows. Lack of communication on time frame to get these problems resolved. I was left feeling that once they install the windows and collect the money they don't care to resolve any issues.
